Innovation Partners have been appointed to a panel of expert innovation mentors to assist businesses in the Leitrim and Omagh regions.
INNOVATE - Improve through change
INNOVATE is here to help your business. A joint project between Omagh Enterprise Company and Leitrim County Enterprise Board, it provides you with the opportunity to improve through change.
How does it work?
There are two project managers, one in Leitrim and one in Omagh, who will assist you in identifying aspects of your business which can be improved. This is achieved through visits to your business and discussing areas you feel can be changed for the better. During these meetings, the project manger may also identify aspects of the business that could be improved through other functions of INNOVATE i.e. introducing a new process/technology, mentoring and/or training.
Through various programmes and events, INNOVATE will present you with some of the latest best practices in marketing, e-business and new technology. Business support from each project manager in addition to assistance from the strong mentor panel is also available to help you implement some of these best practices.
Other elements of the programme include:
• An Innovation Centre in Omagh and in Leitrim displaying some of the latest smart solutions for businesses.
• Innovation evenings on modern topics from internet and e-business to marketing.
• Academic and Research & Development Links with Third Level Institutions and Universities.
